Two-tier: the 5/10 Marla blocks (J, K, Q, R) sit at 60 Lac to 2.35 Cr while the 1-Kanal blocks run 1.35 to 4.5 Cr. Almost everything above 4.5 Cr is a pair, not a single plot.
